Click the text you wish to replace, then when you're happy hit Ctrl-P to bring up the print dialog. Make sure you turn on "Background graphic" (you can find it under "More settings").

You can choose to print directly to your print or to a PDF file (change your printer to Save to PDF).

Unfortunately running a server isn't free. So as much as it pain me, if you can donate and help support the project I'd be really grateful, if you can't, I understand, and that's okay too.
